Shipping Policy

DESTINATIONS:
Matrigen Cosmetics offers various shipping methods to meet your needs.
We ship exclusively to North America, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand.
Unfortunately, products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

Local pickup
Cost: FREE

Regular Delivery (North America)
Cost: Free delivery on orders over $100
For orders under $100, shipping is 5–8 USD
Delivery Time: 2–8 business days

Regular Delivery (International)
Cost: Free delivery on orders over $100
For orders under $100, shipping is 5–8 USD
Delivery Time: 5–12 business days

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Certain items are considered hazardous materials. These products include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as fragrances, liquid cleansers and toners, etc. These products are required to be shipped by Standard Shipping, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. In the case you have selected such items in your Shopping Bag, standard shipping will be automatically applied to you order at checkout.

SENDING A GIFT:
If you wish to send a gift, choose the products and add them to your basket. When you are on the checkout page, you can send your order to another address. On the page “order summary and checkout”, tick “new shipping address” and fill in the fields reserved for the desired delivery address.
Gift wrapping can be selected for a $5 fee at the cart and will be sent in a luxury LancĂ´me branded box with ribbon.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:
We are not held responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address which was provided by a customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify any details such as shipping information. In the event that the item(s) return to our distribution center following the full return process a refund will be processed.
