Shipping Policy

Matrigen Cosmetics Canada offers reliable shipping throughout North America and selected international destinations, as well as local pickup by appointment in Vancouver.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Local Pickup

Cost: Free

Local pickup is available by appointment at our Vancouver location.

North America Delivery

Cost: FREE shipping on orders over the equivalent of USD $100 in your local checkout currency.

Orders below the equivalent of USD $100 in your local checkout currency: A flat shipping fee equivalent to USD $10.00 will be applied at checkout based on the current exchange rate.

Estimated total delivery (including order processing): 3–11 business days.

International Delivery

Cost: FREE shipping on orders over the equivalent of USD $100 in your local checkout currency.

Orders below the equivalent of USD $100 in your local checkout currency: A flat shipping fee equivalent to USD $10.00 will be applied at checkout based on the current exchange rate.

Estimated total delivery (including order processing): 9–14 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Delivery & Tracking

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packages generally do not require a signature upon delivery unless required by the shipping carrier or destination.

Hazardous Materials & Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, including aerosols and alcohol-based products such as fragrances, liquid cleansers, and toners, may be subject to transportation restrictions.

If your order contains restricted items, the appropriate shipping method will be applied automatically at checkout in accordance with carrier and transportation regulations.

Sending a Gift

To send an order as a gift, simply add your selected products to your cart and enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout.

Please ensure the recipient's name, address, phone number, and delivery details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to modify the shipping address. Matrigen Cosmetics Canada is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
