Shipping Destinations

We offer domestic and international shipping to eligible destinations. Shipping availability and delivery options are calculated during checkout based on your location.

Delivery & Tracking

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packages generally do not require a signature upon delivery unless required by the shipping carrier or destination.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Hazardous Materials & Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, including aerosols and alcohol-based products such as fragrances, liquid cleansers, and toners, may be subject to transportation restrictions.

If your order contains restricted items, the appropriate shipping method will be applied automatically at checkout in accordance with carrier and transportation regulations.

Sending a Gift

To send an order as a gift, simply add your selected products to your cart and enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout.

Please ensure the recipient's name, address, phone number, and delivery details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
