We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. All returned items must follow the return conditions listed below.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Unopened & Unused Products
To return unopened and unused merchandise, please follow these steps:
Pack the item(s) securely with a copy of your invoice.
Include all promotional products, free samples, and gifts received with your purchase.
Ship the return prepaid using Canada Post or UPS with tracking and signature confirmation.
Return shipping fees are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Opened or Used Products
If your product has been opened or used, please contact us before sending it back. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Promotional Products, Samples & Gifts
If you received a free product, sample, or gift with your purchase, it must be returned with your order to receive a refund in the original form of payment.
